Long Description

Take the helm behind one of four mighty interstellar fleets, and guide your people towards victory as war breaks out across the Whirlpool Galaxy. Study new technologies, develop the abilities of your vessels, and claim the rich resources of space from your opponents. Choose between the pious Pilgrim State, the greedy Trader Conglomerate, the determined Raider Union, and the vile Host Collective. Exploit each fleet’s unique abilities to conquer the battlefield.

- Field 14 different vessel types per fleet, from humble probes and fighters, up to fleet tenders, cruisers, destroyers, and battleships.

- Claim ample fields of asteroids and space junk and mine them with harvester-ships. Invest your riches into new research, special abilities, and bigger units.

- Enhance your vessels using the Focus & Section System. Select unique packages for your vessel, with technologies like cloaking fields, disguise holograms, shield arrays, and minelayers. Upgrade your weapons to fire torpedoes, electrolasers, explosive crystals, and even organic explosives. 

- You’re in charge; carve a unique path through one of four campaigns, each with its own detours and choices along the way. Choose between one of four factions; the religiously-inclined Pilgrim State, the capitalistic Trader Conglomerate, the beleaguered Raider Union, and the infectious Host Collective.

- Play through the Alpha Tutorial Campaign, or duke it out against up to 7 computer players in Player Vs. CPU mode. Compete in classic Deathmatch, or survive against the tide in Wave Mode.

- Experience the action with an adaptive soundtrack and a suite of exciting sound effects. Enjoy the Campaign with full voice acting.
